Free Shipping Offer
- Enjoy FREE shipping on all orders over USD $45
- A flat shipping fee of USD $9 applies to orders below $45.
Order Processing Timeline
- We aim to ship all orders within 1–2 business days from order confirmation.
- If any product is temporarily out of stock, we will process and ship your order within 2 weeks.
- Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 6 PM (CST) on working days are processed the same day.

Refund & Return Policy – Vegswell
1. What is the timeframe for leveraging the refund options?
- USA Customers: Within 14 days of delivery.
- International Customers: Within 30 days of delivery.
2. Who pays the shipping cost on returns?
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
3. What is the policy for defective/broken products?
A free replacement shipment will be provided within 14 days to all customers, or a 100% refund will be issued.
4. What are the policies for undamaged product returns (change of mind)?
- We accept returns for undamaged products.
- The product must be returned in original packaging.
- Once received, a refund will be issued within 7 days.
- A 20% deduction of the invoice value will be applied as a shipping fee.
- Repatriation fees are payable by the customer.
5. What is the policy for wrongly delivered products (due to customer error)?
- It is the customer’s responsibility to collect the item from the delivery address.
- We do not accept claims for orders delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error.
6. What is the policy for unaccepted or unreachable deliveries?
- Once we receive the returned product, a refund will be processed within 7 working days.
- A 20% deduction from the invoice value will be applied as a shipping fee.

Our official language is English. All correspondence must be written in English.
PayPal Refund Policy
If an order was placed using PayPal:
- Banking charges of 3.9% of the invoice value + $0.50 USD will be deducted from the refund.
- The remaining amount will be refunded within 7 working days.
Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that you may need to cancel your order after placing it.
How to Cancel

- Email Address
We will process your cancellation request if the order has not yet been shipped or charged.
Full Refunds for Timely Cancellations
If cancellation is received before the order is shipped, a 100% refund will be issued.
Cancellations After Shipment
If the cancellation request is received after shipment, a refund of the product value minus up to 20% of the invoice amount will be applied as a shipping/restocking fee.
PayPal Cancellations
If payment was made via PayPal, banking fees of 3.9% + $0.50 USD will be deducted from the refund.
